The OCFoundations class is for anyone that wants to start their fitness journey but has put it off for whatever the reason. We will focus on foundational movements utilizing body weight and basic equipment. Our workouts will be challenging but doable and fun. Our coaches have experience in tailoring workouts around injuries and limitations, so do not let that prevent you from joining us. This class is for everyone regardless of size, shape or fitness level. It is more than a class at a gym, you will become part of a community…a family. We will support and cheer each other on as we each work towards our health and fitness goals.
